Die Hauptfassade ist schlicht, ohne Protagonisten. Ein wei\u00dfes, einfaches, schmuckloses Volumen. Der Eingang ist nur durch die Aussparung in der Wand und die in ein helles Steinsockel eingelassene T\u00fcr zu erkennen. Die kompakte Volumetrie h\u00e4lt sich an die Vorschriften der Unterteilung, entzieht ihr aber das Wesentliche: die Grenze und die Regel als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die Gestaltung der Freiheit. Das Haus \u00f6ffnet sich transparent zu einer Holzterrasse und kehrt damit die Sprache der Vorderfront um. Hier steht das Leben im Freien im Mittelpunkt. Die gro\u00dfen Fensterrahmen lassen das Wohnzimmer, die K\u00fcche und den Garten miteinander verschmelzen. Der Au\u00dfenbereich ist kein Accessoire, sondern ein integraler Bestandteil des Hauses &#8211; wo Sie zu Mittag essen, die Decke ausbreiten, dem Hund beim Schlafen in der Sonne zusehen. Selbst auf einem kleinen Grundst\u00fcck werden Privatsph\u00e4re und Komfort nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Der Grundriss ist flie\u00dfend, aber rational. Im Erdgeschoss ist der soziale Bereich eine einzige, durchl\u00e4ssige Ebene, die von dem von der R\u00fcckseite einfallenden Licht durchquert wird. Die Treppe gliedert den vertikalen Weg, ohne ihn zu unterbrechen. Im Obergeschoss liegen die Schlafzimmer mit gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen, aber diskreten Fenstern zum Garten hin. Die Materialien sind heiter: helles Holz, wei\u00dfe W\u00e4nde, Naturstein. Die Pr\u00e4senz des Au\u00dfenbereichs ist konstant, aber immer ma\u00dfvoll.
