Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It's general information written by an architect, reflecting the rules in force in September 2026. For your purchase, always have your own lawyer.
Does it cover Madeira and the Azores?
Yes. The guide covers Madeira and the Azores as well as the mainland. Keep in mind that every municipality has its own local regulations on top of the national rules, so the details can change from one council to the next.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles refund requests in line with EU consumer rules. If there's a problem with the file, write to us and we'll sort it out.
